In 2018, our Founders lead a collaboration with a major integrated health system to combine a robust provider quality certification process with the industry's first outcome guarantee for joint replacement. They realized the power of this model and how it could be deployed to transform the delivery of surgical care throughout the orthopedic industry. With our experience and market knowledge, the Knnex team is here to help payors and providers connect for the benefit of their patients. Chief Executive Officer
Sean is an experienced executive who brings together a powerful combination of knowledge and expertise in value based care, risk management, marketing and business development. Sean is a trailblazer in the orthopedic industry having launched the first comprehensive outcome warranty for large total joint replacement and spine surgery in collaboration with Geisinger Health.
Jasmin "Jaz" Imamovic
Commercial Controller
As the Commercial Controller at Knnex Health, Jaz directs corporate accounting, financial infrastructure, and ledger operations. Backed by a BBA in Accountancy from Boise State University and extensive experience at Micron Technology, BASF, and other enterprise organizations, he excels in process optimization and ERP scalability. His financial leadership ensures the Knnex care platform operates with precision, compliance, and long‑term scalability.
Eric Dremel
Strategic Consultant
Bringing three decades of orthopedic experience, Eric boasts an unrivaled track record of growth and profitability. He has held several senior leadership and board positions with orthopedic manufacturers and innovative start-ups. He has also served as a Board Member and advisor for the Orthopedic Research and Eduction Foundation and the American College of Perioperative Medicine.
